Sourcing

We cite peer-reviewed journals, regulatory documents, and manufacturer COAs. Marketing claims that aren't backed by independent evidence don't make it into our reviews.

Scoring methodology

Every product is scored across six pillars on a 0–100 scale: ingredient quality, transparency, manufacturing, third-party testing, value, and scientific support. The overall score is the weighted mean of these pillars.

Conflicts of interest

Affiliate relationships do not influence scoring. We disclose every affiliate link on every page and refuse paid placements.

Corrections

Errors are corrected and the article's "Updated" date reflects all substantive changes.
